There are 2 types of Mindfulness courses available. Mindfulness-Bases Stress Reduction MBSR & Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy MBCT. I did the MBSR first, then the MBCT. It seems to be a more natural progression, as MBSR covers a broader base and MBCT focuses more on emotions like depression.
Personally, my favourite teacher is Cathy Zeings. However, she is taking a break from teaching 8-week courses now till January 2020.
There are other teachers available this fall.
There are free introductory classes/orientation so you can find out more before you enroll. The classes are in Sheung Wan/Central/TST/Wanchai/Causeway Bay.
