謝謝意見, 升唔望大升(over short term , say 0-5 years), but over long term , not sure brick and mortar still the way to go
因為有一樣嘢我諗唔明, 如果樓價下挫, 咁香港經濟要真係好差先得( 但係經歷肺炎, 而家啲樓價都彈返上去), 要樓價大跌/或者陰跌, 一定要出現通縮, 咁我揸住啲REIT 股票, 其實都冇運行, 但係我又唔覺得租金水平, 嚟緊幾年會有得再升, 因為經濟轉差, 如果未來出現呢排好多人所講嘅`滯脹'格局(即美國60-80 年代),再睇埋利息水平,咁即係買樓定唔買樓好?
