按Family court法庭令, 由聯名轉了單名, nil consideration 的.
聽說,如果將來想賣樓, 新買家可能做吾到 mortgage, 因為有d 銀行視為送贈契, 5年內不做mortgage, 有d話可能7-8年都不做mortgage.

是真的嗎? 有無人有試過 ? or 識人做銀行的而知道 ?

But one point for others to note.

The website indicates that there is no need to pay stamp duty for such property transfer.

This is incorrect.

Even though the property title is transferred at nil consideration under a court order, the recipient still needs to pay stamp duty. IRD will assess the property value and then calculate the stamp duty that needs to be paid. However, with a court order, the recipient only needs to pay the basic stamp duty rate (i.e. no "chilli" stamp duty if you have more than 1 residential properties).
