Are those mami can reduce fat are thin also before pregnant?
I've delivered my bb for 5 months and I have reduced nearly 30 pounds... (from 79.3 kg to 62.5kg) but still have 12 pounds to go b4 reaching the weight before pregnant...
everyday I eat 3 meals... breastfast (bread + low fat hiCal milk), lunch (2 bowls of soups + self made lunchbox), snacks afterwork, dinner (1/2 bowl to 3/4 bowl of rice, 4 bowls of soups, fruits...)
