We went on weekdays, and booked 2 tickets on-line. 1st time, system error, didn't even generate confirmation number. Then input again.
When we entered, they gave us 4 tickets. We told the gatekeeper we just booked 2 tickets, then they collected all my tickets. Before we left, we checked with the tickerting counter, and they said we booked 2 times, 2 tickets. We told them it's their system error, we didn't even got confirmation number. They refused to refund. Insist there's no procedure of refund! Hey, it's all your mistake and there's no refund??? We argued for long time, and they asked us to write to complain!
Afterwards, wrote to complain and took long time before refund. It's not about money, but the whole experience is really bad.
