liquid eye is very nice only if you are used to handle it.
I recommend for beginner, it's harder for you to draw a very fine narrow smooth line close to the eyelid. Maybe you can find those ones like Toni and Tina sparkling eye pencil to practice first, even if you draw (not in a perfect way), it will still look like a narrow eye shadow...
