I am the 負離子 bunbun's mom. That bun has been fired for 1 month already but still there are something go on and wanna to ask for your advice:
1. the People's mobile payment:
I got a bill from Peoples and cost more than $2000+ ... as my ex-bun was gone, I opened the letter and found that during the 14 days left in HK as visitor and she used the mobile phone to call Philipphinnes day + night...
What should I do?
2. A woman gave me a call on last Sat afternoon asking me whether I was the ex-employer of that cheap cheap bun and asked me abt her particulars and her behavoirs + personality...
Of coz I said what I knew from her laa... coz I don;'t want to hurt other families...
that woman said she hasn't signed the contract with her...
BUT I have a question:
If she hasn't signed the contract, why that cheap bun can go so peacefully? coz she hasn't got the new working VISA to back to HK?
If that woman doesn't employ her, will she then stay in Philliphinnes and can't come back till she re-apply from there again (like a brand new)?
How abt her 4500 agency fee (she said)... will it then flow into sea water?
3. Most important - if she still gives me call.... and trouble me... what shall I do? Call police? or immigration?
Sorry that still have so many questions... coz I had a very trouble bun before.
