1. Yes, they should obey your order better than others.
2. Cleaniness may be worsen than other coz she only knew the standard of Philippine.
3. English standard might be worse if she is from province or valley.
4. If she never work abroad, may be home sickness is worse. Hence, hire older age is better. Too young might cry inside her room. Might not work well.
Remember to conduct telephone interview to ask her some questions like:
1. Do you know how to take care for a kid or young baby?
2. Do you smoke?
3. Do you know how to cook chinese food? To ensure her knowledge is true. Please ask her to tell one dish that you know how to cook?
4. Must tell her that you need someone to take care for your baby even at night time.
5. Ask her how to overcome her homesickness if she comes to Hong Kong?
6. Ask her some common sense questions like, if you see some fire, what will you do??
By asking some questions, you will know how good and how clever she will be??
Honestly, if she doesn't know how to handle fire. do you dare to let her take care for your baby. Highly dangerous.

- Don't fully rely on the agent's training
- Phone interview with the maid is very important
* ask her to do some case study
- Ask the previous employer is necessary.
But demand is higher than the supply. Those have been going abroad is very 搶手 and 佢地好擺架子.
- e.g. don't sleep with baby
- e.g. chose those having elder kids, go to school
Becos those have not finished contract, I don't want.
If they don't want to sleep with the baby, don't hire them. Suggest you to tell what you want before allowing her to come. You must talk to her directly.
