I think the price is the same at every travel agent outlet but the availability of the room at different travel agents is not the same. I once tried to book through Hong Tai, but it is full. However it still had vacancy through Kwan Kin. I think this depends on their quota.
I have been to 雙魚星 three times. Now they only have 2 day 1 night trip. For relaxing, I think time is too limited. The food quality is not as good as in the past few years. Still it is a good place to enjoy.

thanks a lot for yr kindness, i had one also from welcome, i called them and they said the discount was for the first two person; after that no discount.
my c9 friend said the duration was too short for children, only eat dinner and then sleep and then have b'fast and bye bye, they said it was more fun when they brought the children there few years ago, now this package is attractive to the 'freely walk' ppl only...
hai, birthday party is also expensive and i really don't know what to choose...
