My bb also have the same problem!
she is nearly 9 months. I never change any powder milk and I do breast feeding but the result is also same like yours! I used "Yau Kam Till" several time also. One time even the "ng ng" came out with blood and my bb cry....cry and made my maid also cry:cry:
The nurse told me this normally happen because the fibre she eat is not enough. I gave "big" banana, a lot of vegetables, juice, fruit puree but her "ng ng" is still not good, what can we do? I also pity your bb as I understand can not make "ng ng" and is really very painful. :-|

I quess some case is really cause by the milk powder, but I do breast feed and add 1 time milk powder - "Frisolac" per day and it should't be a problem! ?-(
Some Bk mami say Meji powder milk is good and their bb "ng ng" is also very "pretty".
What kind of milk you give to your bb? And what kind of fruits you give him?
I give also one kind of medicine to my bb for soften the "ng ng" - make it easier to come out. The medicine is (Lactulose), The Dr. said this is natural and is the "sugar" of fruits...... With this medicine sometime the "ng ng" can come out but the quality is still poor! I also don't know why my girl "ng ng" is like that! ?-(

As what you wrote, you also give a lot of fruits and juice to you bb. If you guess it is because of the powder milk, will u change it again? Change stage#2 milk is really troublesome and some of my bk friends's bb also had problem when they start to drink stage #2 milk.
I bought 1 meji powder milk on Sat. :evil: My girl don't like :evil: May be she want her mother to finished it for her..... :evil: .It cost $240.00 and I feel heart break.... :mrgreen: . I will try again 1 week later.
I used again the "Kam Yau Till" on Sat..... I really hate to do that but no choice. Start from yesterday, I give her bb yogart and hope it can help her to make pretty "ng ng".
My BB 每次用甘油條屙 the next day the "ng ng" will be better, but after one to two days the ng ng will be less and less an finally I need to use it again.
One time I decide to wait and let her try all the best she can to make the ng ng herself but she still can not let the ng ng came out (3days and she try to make for at least 8 times). I put the "Kam Yau Till" and because of the ng ng was already very very dry, it make her hurt and very painful and she keep on crying for 10 mins.... I agree with what you said "睇來我地BB已經變成惡性循環恐懼大便" but sometime I was so worry it will happened again (very painful & blood came out). I also feel my BB習慣而唔肯自己用力屙 but I really don't know what can I do?
