Yes, it's normal. The nurse at child health center said that no matter how much baby oil you put onto the baby's body, the bb身體still甩皮 until the pretty skin comes out. I think after 1 month or so, the pretty skin comes out and no longer 甩皮.

我個囡囡2個月大, 強然身體無甩皮, 但手指頭和腳指頭仍有甩皮, 咁點解呀?
