Hugo is 1 year old today!!!
Dear bf mother,
I am very pleased to let you know that Hugo is 1 year old today. I wish I can breastfeed him until he weans naturally. 
In the recent week, he hleps himself for breastfeeding - pulls up my shirt and suck my nipple himself, it is so sweet and lovely 
. I believe every bf mom would love this experience.
I am a lucky one and pretty smooth in the whole breastfeeding process, I wish all bf moms, especially those with new born babies, keep it up and give the best to your babies.
Due to the benefits of breastfeeding, Hugo is very energetic, heavy and healthy. He did not sick, except a couple times of running nose, in the past year. Physically, he develops very well and psyhologically, he is a very happy baby.
Last but not the least, wish all bf mom the best and keep it up!!!
