It depends on the character of her, I have once employed a phillippine maid who worked in HK for 7 years for same employer, she stay in my house for only 3 days before she left, she said my house is not big enough for her and taking care of baby is time consuming. She just want me to extent her visa for her to find another job.:evil:
My current maid used to work for 1 employer for 4 years. Her ex-employer told me cannot renew her due to the long services payment. So I hired her to take care of my girl till now already 3 contracts.
The most important is you have to talk to her ex-employer to check if she meet with your needs.
