I use pump and then my hands afterwards.
Medela mini electric and Avent manual together. But there will be still much milk inside. So, I use my hands. Sometimes, I can get 1-1.5 oz more because of the reflex.
actually hand expressed is better than pumping, as sometimes the milk duct stuck is due to the pumping problem, especially if the mother do not have so many milk ducts( latcation consultant told me ),
then suggested after pumping, you should express your milk as it can clear up more than pumping, especially the hindmilk , sometimes the pump cannot express all.
I used 2 avent pumps during lunch time for pumping in the last 2 weeks, but I found there was no significant "improvement", then since this week, I use one pump at a side and use my hand to squeeze into a bottle cap at the other side, then I dont need to bring 2 pumps to work.....like going picnic everyday!

niklaus903,
You do it at the same time or one after the other? When I use Avent manual alone, I will express much less milk. WHen using 2 pumps (Medela and Avent), there will always be reflex and more milk can be expressed out.

I do it at the same time ga! In the past, I just held the cap to carry the drops, but now, instead of waiting the drops down, I rather squeeze by hand lor! When there is no milk come out by the pump, I will swap the pump and cap....then...swap again....
My son eats 7oz x 4 while I m not at home, but I can only pump ~6 oz each time
