14 days or 21 days when the contract is renewed

I called the labour department today. They said that if you would renew the contract with the helper. She is entilted to have 7 days more days holiday in addition to her 14 days holiday upon the compeltion of her two year contract..

21 days holiday for two years of work? Is it right?

我都好想知，因為我賓賓做左１年返左菲律賓十幾日，而家完約我想續佢，點知又要返菲律賓３個星期，頭痛死我，我想知佢果３星期係咪有人工架？

賓賓o既有薪年假應該係第1個約(頭2年)14日, 第2個約(3同4年)17日, 第3個約(5同6年)21日, 第4個約(7同8年)25日, 第5個約或以後(9年以後)28日. 全部不包括星期日及法定假日.

但我都好想知工人o既無薪休假, 到底要俾幾多日, 我個賓話佢可以有14日無薪休假(第1個約), 但contract只寫not less than 7days, 咁即係點? 任佢話放幾多日都得呀?(雖然係no paid) ?-( ?-( ?-(
