You CANNOT fire her.
She is protected by the same labour laws re pregnant staff as we all are.

勞工法定明如佢已向你提交懷孕証明,你是不可以炒佢的,違法者會被刑事檢控,一經定罪,最高會被罰款10萬元~
but佢犯左嚴重過失仍可被即時解僱

Yes, she went back to Philippines on 15 Jan and returned on last Friday 28 Jan, and yesterday she said she was pregnant, but no proof given to me now.

Any recommendation?

佢一定要交証明比你,佢交唔到的話可以當冇聽過炒左佢!
除非佢係你話炒佢時可以"即時"交出証明比你,咁就又唔可以炒~
如佢可以相量的話大家傾下la,睇下佢會唔會自已resign..

如果係咁,即係話佢做到生都係係合約期內!!! 冇得話仲剩三兩個月就由佢做到合約期滿就算!

你唯一之計都係要好好同佢傾,說佢仲做家傭既話會好辛苦,冇人照顧佢,說佢返菲律賓安胎... 不過,你都要預在要賠兩三個月人工俾佢先肯終止合約!

我亦曾經歷過相同的程形, 我的菲傭放假回來不久懷孕,
我和她協議賠償給她產假前四後六, 另大假共萬多元了事,
現在我全職揍仔, 不打算再請外傭, 費事再煩 :evil:

How do you know that she will give up her baby? What's her purpose to tell you about pregnancy without any proof?

It seems you can do nothing right now. Just waiting for her to make up her mind(give up baby or not). If she keep the baby, you must consider to keep the maid or not. But don't encourage her anything, keep away from the trouble.
