It's normal to feel hungry after BF. U must take food to refill energy for next BF.
To ensure the quality of your milk, take more fish soap, pork, rice & vegetable. Dont be afraid of 驚食大左個胃, 到停左人奶時介唔到口. That's because your body will adjust to be normal when u stop BF.
