Did you receive a card from the immigration that they have received your application? If yes, there is a ref. no. on it. You can call the following tel. no. and quote the ref. to check the status. If not, that means the application is still with your agent or the consulate.
If your agent really gets the white card, he should have a reference no. (VCA No) which shown on the white card. With the VCA No, then you can call Immigration Department to check the progress.
