i were using the tradition method. when water become less & started to have 'big big' bubbles, keep stirring the congee. The congee will become very soft.
won't take too long to use this method, usually around 35 mins.

1. wash 米 (about 2 tablespoons) and soak it with water for 2 hours
2. take out the 米 and put inside 真空壺
3. bring about 1.5 cup of water to a boil and add to 真空壺 (I usually use back the water I use to soak 米)
4. after 2 hours, pour out the congee and bring to boil and leave it on low heat for another 10-15 minutes for plain congee or you may add the meat and vegetable to boil for this 10-15 minutes
