my yan yan is ok, although the cleaning work is not very good, but she take care my daughter is good, polite, willing listen to me, cooking ok, no black face, no argue, so, i feel ok
My yun is on board for 1 month,she is cheerful, can cook and likes kids. Much better than I thought, this makes me from one extreme (no good helper) to another (having too many good one). She got terminated by previous employer so I didn't expect her to be go. That is why when my friend told me her previous helper wanted to come back after giving birth in Indo, I immediately to apply visa for my friend's old helper and thinking to fire this one when the new one is on board.
Turned out this yun is very good. When luck comes, I have more good helpers than I need.

after hiring 6 maids,
i have met 2 good maids myself,
so the ratio is not bad....
1/3 is good la!!!
