I've just fired my Bun Bun and she "媽" 住left, so I called police and she complained too much workload and showed 「工作要求/指引」to Police. As adviced from police, this kind of work schedule / rules may cause back effect to employer when the termination case go to court because the Judge has written docs to evaluate the workload.
The police already comment my schedule is a bit harsh but my schedule is just woke up at 7:00am and she can rest after 9:00pm after cleaning all dishes, and has 1 to 1:30 mins lunch time of her own!
So I took the police advice, re-collected all rules/schedule that given to the bun before she left, just hope that she didn't make copies of her own!
