I am quite surprise many mothers satisfy with their cake. may be i am the one who is so bad luck. Actually the service is soso. They are very nice when i make an order, but when i receive the cake and make complain, they promise to give me a feed back but no reply at all. Even apologise.
The cake is different with what i ordered, and they said it is because I made the order too late. So why don't they tell me earlier that they can't make what i want? Besides,
the cream are so soft that we hardly see the words on it.
I am very depressed about it since I paid for around $1,000 including traffic fee. And my son didn't show any reaction when he see the cake, even his friends..
The Sweet Secrets cake shop in central is quite expensive because I have ordered a birthday cake in Prince Edward 貴X蛋糕店, same weight and model in Sweet Secrets cake shop it cost me $900(not include delivery cost) but in 貴X蛋糕店 it cost me only $620 ( include delivery cost). ?-(
