You can go to 美聯物業 web site to check the price (http://www2.midland.com.hk/propTx/index.jsp). The recent 成交 is 942 呎 $255 萬. I just been there for visiting my friend. The only thing I know is... it's quite old, almost 20 years?
Just my own point view: the transportation and environment are OK but I really care about its "age" and the resale value (even thought you may not to resale it very soon). Are you also consider other places whose prices are more or less the same range, such as 新峰花園 (around $240 萬 to $280 萬). If you have kids, at least 新峰花園 have a better club house with play room, in-door warm swimming pool and it's new comparing with 大埔花園. 大埔寶馬山 price a bit higher but can be considered too. Actually, what is the main reason you choose 大埔花園?
