Since my BB (7 mths) likes pumkin congee a lot, but I know that pumkin has a lot of vitinma A and cannot eat much. May I ask how many times a week can be given to BB?

I have consulted my doctor this question before. He said actually there's no problem eating more pumkin IF you don't mind your kid's face turning a bit yellow and orange.
Eat more this kind of nutritions is no harm to the body.

Since my BB is only 7months, I just give him half bowl of congee. Then I steam the pumkin (the size is about half soap). After steaming, the pumkin will be very soft. Then I stir it until it is all broken. Then put all the pumkin into the mince pork congee (cooked already). Then boil it up a little bit together. Finished.
I forget to answer you about where to buy pumkin. I bought it from Parknshop. The imported pumkin (without medicine). Quite expensive. only a little portion costs me about HKD 20.00. :-( :-(
