我睇過好多書都說72小時巳可以完全refresh到D精子架喔....其實小於72小時再dodo都唔會話冇Y精子,不過數量會逐次遞減及沒那麼活潑吧,每次發射XY的數量一樣喔

I have little bit confuse.......

Is that mean once the 排卵紙 show 2 red line, then I should do it right away (within 24 hours) and then do the 2nd time next day/night???? or do it in the 3rd day????

If I do it right away, do you think it is too early?

Hi Elly....因為唔知個egg exactly幾時幾刻出來...所以check到棒棒有two line就dodo about 第16hr and 第40 hr....so egg would meet the Y sperms easier~~~
