- As I know, the milk freeze in 冰箱 can be stored for 2 months, but 營養價值會否比新鮮的低呢!

I started to stock up milk 3 weeks before going back to work. I dont have much milk ever so I kept bit by bit, I had ~20 bags of 4.5oz milk when I resumed work. Yes, the nutrient of the frozen milk is not as good as fresh milk BUT it's still far better than formula, dont worry, mama milk is always the best to your baby!
I started around 1 month before I went back to work. The reason was not only because I need to save milk but also get my baby familiar be fed by others. Forturnately, she was an easy baby.
