The easy way is to go swimming in the sea. Salt water works!
Another one is traditional massage. Ask the masters to rub your back with the towel. They can help remove layers of dead skin and prevent further pimples. But choose a clean massage house, because you don't want to get infection through the pimple wounds. This works very well with my husband.
