唔明點解咁普遍的問題, 都好像是束手無策. Mircosoft 收得咁多錢, 點解無得contact 佢解決.
That's M$, u know.
Here's a couple of solution. Might work or might not. Just keep ur finger cross. We'll start from the easiest.
1/ Scan 4 virus.
2/ Check for Windows update, h/w drivers update. Expecially ur display card.
3/ At command prompt, type "Sfc /scannow" and hit <Enter>. This will check the corrupt or missing O/S file. U will be required to use Adm right to run this cmd.
4/ Launch Windows Explorer and select C:, right click and select Properties. Go to Tools tab and click "Check" under Error-checking. Select both options before perform the checking.
5/ At cmd prompt, type "mem" and select "Windows memory diagnostic". Select "check problem next time when I start my PC" option. Windows will check ur memory on next boot up.
6/ At command prompt, type "msconfig" for System Config. Go to Startup tab and disable all s/w (please make note which has been disable). Next, go to Service tab and check "hide all M$ service". Again, stop all service (and make note). Reboot w/s and see if problem persist. If not, restart service one by one as see if you could id which program hang up Explorer.
That's 4 now I could think of. Good luck -- u really need it.
