hire a maid

i am going to fire my maid so i need to hire another one and i am thinking what kind of maid shall i hire?

I have one 1 year old boy and my second one is going to born on the next feb, so the maid need to take care of 2 kids (but my mother will help) and 2 adults and all the housework. my existing maid was worked in taiwan before so this time i don't want to hire the maid with taiwan experience. can anyone give me some advise, shall i hire the one with singapore experience or hk experience or with no experience

I think you should hire a maid with Singapore experience but without Hong Kong experience.

我之前幾個工人都係由星加坡來的，我覺得會好一些，個個都幾好，最少會自動做野和未試過偷錢。千祈唔好請在香港做過的，好有經驗(同你bargain假期)和有好多朋友成日講電話。

i am paying my maid $3500 as an incentive, so that she will work hard and be loyal. If everybody pays the same, it's easy for them to look for another job. I have told her if she is exceptionally good that month I will pay her a little bit more. As I think an extra $300 does not mean that much to me but means a lot to the helper.

I employ a maid who is indonesia, have worked in Singapore without HK experience. Is it really better than the other helper? She may arrive at the end of August.

It is my first time to hire maid. I worry my maid will treat my 13 mths BB bad. I heard too many bad thing on maid and i couldn't fall into sleep recently (not serious).

Pls give me support/confidence la !!
