I'll go with schedule (2). This schedule is sort of like my baby son's schedule when he was 6 months old. Actually he had 4 - 5 feedings of milk per day as he still had midnight milk when he was 6 months old (not always finished 7 oz during daytime, but he could always finish 7 oz in the middle of the night). That's why we didn't cut his midnight feeding.
幾時轉2號仔奶粉, I'll wait till after 9 months old or older. Probably by 1 year old lar. No rush to 轉2號仔 although you may change it for your baby anytime after 6 months.
平時放工後與BB怎樣溝通/玩什麼玩具? Carry him, hug him, talk to him, sing to him. There are some toys suitable for 6 months old which train your BB hands and eyes coordinations, etc. Also play peekaboo with BB. It will be easier for you to just sing children songs to him if you don't know what to talk about.
