my maid's last day also 29 Jan but I let her go last night. She thought I'll give her early leave + annual leave $. Finally she called Fhilipine consulate to find out that she misunderstand the calculation.
Her last day is 29Jan, but she left my house on 25Jan, so she already has 4 days annual leave. But she thought she can leave early as well as get 4 days annual leave in cash. Finally she agrees and sign for me.

I think she cannot leave before the last day without your consent and also she will not leave until you give her salary and ticket. It'd be better to have someone stay at your home with the baby and the helper during these few days.
