Have anyone heard this brand name in USA? It is a company of fish oil products in USA. Is it good or bad? Thanks for advise.
Or any other brands you would recomment for kids or adult?
we used to take the Natrol omega-3 oil supplement ourselves since they are purified. there are 2 kind of omega-3 oil sources, one is from fish , the other is from plant..flaxseed. the omega-3 oil from fish and plant have different functions, so i usually take both.

as for baby, there are some fish oil supplement for babies on the shelves. however, my pedi doesn't suggest us to give it to my baby. she suggest a well-balanced diet is good enuf. i have been giving salmon congee to my baby once or twice a week as they are rich in omega-3 oil ...but my baby doesn't like the taste
