I would like to continue BF my baby after work and would like to ask the following:
1. Are the milk keep on the freezer of 雪櫃 (upper part), how many day can be kept.
2. How to re-heat it before feed baby. The milk will be very cold after take out from freezer
1) You can keep milk frozen for 2 months. But you need to freeze it immediately after it's pumped out.
2) Put the frozen milk in the lower compartment of the fridge (at 4 degrees), but max. for 12 hours before BB drinks it.
- Usually I put the frozen milk in the fridge for 3 hours, then run the bottle under cold tap water and reheat it at 37 degrees.
