Btw, any good wok to advise? I don't want to use non-stick wok anymore, cos the non-stick layer has bad effect. However, I like the function a lot, cos it only need very little oil to cook & easy to clean. I've recently look at some brands, this brand called LagoXXX seems very nice, but also very expensive, HK$1700 for a pan. Any other good ones?
