Very convenient and the price is very reasonable. Last Christmas, we booked a room for 3 people. Eventually they arranged a 4-person room to us, the size is 2 times of a double bed room.
Did the agent ask you to deal with the Hotel when you arrive?
I have requested a change from double room to 3-person room on the spot and I remember that the Hotel's charge is very reasonable (but can't remember how much). I suggest you to send an email to the Hotel asking the money they will charge.

Cosmo hotel is extremely convenient and good value for money. However, I find the rooms very tiny and many rooms have no window at all. The buffet breakfest is not good in terms of variety and food quality.
