If talking to/reasoning with your 99 doesn't make her understand at all, then, you just have to tell her that feeding breastmilk is what you've decided to do and that's the FINAL decision.
In fact, that's what happened for my case. There's really no point arguing to her about it. She'd never understand.
She was unhappy at the beginning. But how can I care so much? I'm BB's mama and I know I'm doing the best for my BB and that's enough.
Mind you. The situation will become worse after BB is born. But you'll just have to keep calm. Otherwise, your mood will be affected and your milk supply will drop. So, stay cooool!!!
Anyways, good luck on your delivery and welcome to join us BF mamas! Hope to see your BB's pictures soon!!
1) Don't let your 99 know where you store the stock of formula milk at home!!
2) After you've resumed work, whenever you're home with your BB, I suggest direct breastfeeding. This will stimulate more milk supply and anyways, you'll miss your BB so much while you're working so you'll want to direct BF him as soon as you see him!
