I hire the helper who claim is a Nurse and work in TAIWAN before when she come to my home call not know and she careless let my BB fall down on the floor,and they just tell me change her, and I know they will not check the help working or certificate is it real or not,and follow up so poor, just want to fire them and find the new one for replacement.
And now my another agent is good and let me feel more comfortable wor,but agent fees was high and without body check up included

As long as the agency is helpful and willing to change for a better maid for the employer, it's quite all right.
Anyway, finding a good maid or not really depends on one's luck.
