賣樓一問

請問補地價怎樣搞, 是否很煩複, 步驟點做? 需時幾耐?

應該向你屋苑的管理處或直接去Housing Authority 取補地價申請書.需時應該兩三個月.有補地價價錢,他們會發通知書要你付款,好似付款有限期,逾期要重新申請.

可否先去做估價先, 聽講要約千餘元. 是否去Housing Authority 問就得.
另外補地價不是可在賣樓成功時, 在大訂之內直接扣除有關費用咩

Dear lautorchi,

Yes, you can go to the Housing Authority to apply for the house evaulation first. Then they will give you a period to decide whether you will pay the 'landfee'. But it is quite difficult to match the timing for use the big deposit (i.e. 10% of the sold price) to settle the 'landfee'. It is likely only one or two months for you to settle the 'landfee' because the period they count beginning from the issue of evaulation letter. Besides, it seems this is illegal if you sign the S and P agreement with the buyer before you complete to pay the 'landfee'.

評估地價申請書例明除了$3000外, 還有(上址單位轉讓契據

副本)請問是甚麼?
