410呎,賣270萬,你地覺得值唔值,2個人住~~~

如果係為條街名而買就見仁見智
行落少少堅島左近都有類似樓盤就平好多。
高街英華台39x呎都係一百萬到..一定實用過雨時...

I thought you're talking about the one along MacDonnell Road?? It's not quite close to Caine Road por.

I think buildings along the downhill side of MacDonnell Road and Kennedy Road are quite high, blocking the view of buildings behind, e.g. 雨時大廈.

謝謝becky的提點,
因為我在金鐘上班,所以想了解附近有什麼較好的單位,
不一定要看到海景的~~~
我覺得星域軒也不錯,但對我來說實在太貴了~~~
