BTW, as a employer, we should also think carefully whether we are treating the maid as a human and provide neccessity for them, we should treat them as a working partner as we want their service and pay for it but not as slave. How can they good to our families if we are not good to them and mutual respect is the most important of all.
If your boss treat you as slave, will you loyal to him?
There were many cases we cannot only blame the maid (I am not pointing to the employer in this case as I really don't know who was right or wrong)

實在太好啦﹐雖然咁都補償唔到你囝囝既傷害﹐但總算討回一個公道﹐等D外傭咪以為大話連篇就可以任意妄為﹐對手冇寸鐵既小童甚至BB施毒手。
