7:00 am : 起身
7:30 am : milk 3-4oz
9:30 am : milk 3-4oz
after milk morning nap for 1-2 hours
12:00 pm : lunch - congee
1:30 pm :milk 6-7oz
after milk afternoon nap for 1-2 hours
4:30 snack ( milk 3oz or bread or fruit )
6:00 pm : dinner - mashed potato
8:00 pm : milk 6-7oz then sleep
初bf 時,又損過, 又生過水泡, 又試過有硬塊

3:00 fruit
4:00 milk then nap
7:00 dinner 粥仔
