I met a Philippino maid who finished contract in HK. But her boss has bought her ticket to go home and she wanted to go back for Christmas too, so we mutually agreed that she went back first before she starts working for me. Actually I called an agent here but she taught me how to handle it by myself cos the maid was in HK. We signed contracts, submitted it to Philippine Consulate & Immigration in HK. Immigration has approved our application & I am pending to collect the visa in person, courier to the maid in the Philippines, email her an e-ticket and there I expect her to come and work for me. No agent. That's what I am doing but she has not come yet. I hope no hiccups!
so meaning you two sign the contract when she was still in Hk.am i correct?i want to hire the fd of my maid who had been worked in hk before.but now she back phil already.so could i direct hire without through the agent?how much it cost for direct hire?
