pls help~ 我前公司用flex, 新公司用peachtree, 但有d唔識, 上手乜都無留底, 都唔知點算~~

多謝你回覆.
我岩岩轉左份工, 佢地用peachtree, 上手完全無野留底, 連書明書都無, 但我之前用flex account, 係咪一樣可以全盤account全晒, 包括balance sheet, p&l, 仲有fixed asset depeciation係應該點入, 因為我淨係見到佢分sales (receipt) /purchase (payment).

peachtree

請問如果我有個regular既vendor，但係唔需要出PO的，因為係負責delivery的，請問係peachtree度，收到invoice但唔即時找數時，點可以係aged payable度睇到？到時找數，係咪係payment度就得？

you should be able to enter the vendor/invoice info. from TASKS-> PURCHASES/RECEIVE INVENTORY, even without creating a PO...
and when you want to see the aged payables of a vendor, go MAINTAIN -> VENDORS -> REPORTS, first one is 'aged payables'
