現用呢個冷藏液种~高粉300g 酵母1g 暖水300g 室温發酵1hrs~
5度冷藏16hrs.
~高粉360g 牛油60g 酵母20g 糖125g salt6g 奶粉6g 水60g
旦75g 蜂蜜25g蜂 冷藏液种400g
發酵40min~20min~10min~發酵至两倍大
