I have a 3 yr old girl, 1.5 year old girl and I am now expecting. My son will be born on feb 16 by C-section.

Same here, I'm looking for playgroup for my girl, and most suggestions are in Kowloon. Victoria seems to be the only one in HK Island. Then I join the 尖沙咀幼兒潛能訓練課程, starting on March. It's a bit far away, but this class have a lot of good feedback.

and to your question, of course I think that we need to consider that eventually which primary/secondary school you want you kid to go to and then send them to the necessary kindergarden.
