1) go to Hk immigration to get the green form (contract). U just need to tell the receptionist you want to renew contract ( no appointment is needed). She/he will give u the whole set of form.
2) go home and fill in all form (green contract x 4/ one white form for the boss to fill in and one white form for the maid to fill in)
3) ask the maid to take the old contract, her passport, visa and the green contract (x4) to Philippine consulate. Pay almost $480-$500. Wait for a week. Keep the receipt. She needs the receipt to get back the new visa.
4) then you book an appointment date (hk immigration) for her online. Of course the date must be after she has picked up her visa n document.
5) take all forms to Hk immigration dept on the appointment date. She can go by herself.
**no financial or residential proof if you haven't changed your job n moved

Yes, need the boss id copy. That $500 included the owwa n visa renewal. I didn't aware the expiry date of owwa. U can ask your maid to check by herself or ask her friends. The 'old seafood' knows everything about it!
