你就好啦, 咁早收工, I usually off duty after 7 and back to home after 8. After having dinner and bathing, it's nearly 10 that Cheuk Yiu already needs to go to bed. 唔夠時間用 tim! I can only visit BK before start work at 8:30 a.m.

Do you work 5 day or 5.5 day?

I am also interested to enrol my boy for the choir next year. Please do remind me too, thanks. My son has been learning musical theory since March and he is able to identify c to g notes. He loves to sing and that's why I hope he could receive formal training. Thanks in advance.

that's good that we can remind each other early next year. FYI, 香兒 accepts application twice a year, i.e. in Aug and Jan. There's one music class (for 3years7months old to 6 years old) that suits our kids with application deadline on 31AUG06. If you would like to let your son to have formal training, this one may suit. Unfortunately, the class only held at every Thu morning but my girl attends am class.

Actually, my son starts piano class last month at Lau See Kwan, it's quite good and now my son can play the notes C , D and E after 5 classess.
BTW, which kindergarten is your daughter attending? Did she attend LH for pre-nursery class? I think my son used to have a classmate called Cheuk Yiu.

Your son can apply now. 香兒 now invites application for next year Jan's term choir. Your son will be 4 years old by Jan 07 that he fulfills the requirement. You may enrol for him wow - deadline on 31AUG06.

Where's Lau See Kwan's piano class? How much is that? Cheuk Yiu now attends the Tom Lee music class. It's quite expensive as only having music fun, no specific music knowledge.

Lau See Kwan is at Hung Hom Bay Centre (near Yan Fu). There are different types of tutors and the fees are different. To begin with, of course, I choose the cheapest one, $560/4 month. The teacher is young but nice and Preston likes her. Just let him to learn some music theory and develop interest in music.

Where and how do you apply? I'm thinking coz he's taking a few courses now. But he likes singing a lot, also singing at home and make up videotape him. However, he's shy when ask him to sing in front of strangers.

You could download an application form from the website of Hong Kong Children's Choir (sorry I don't have the address with me now, however, you could search it from yahoo). I guess I will post the completed form next Monday. The deadline for application is on 31 Aug. The interview will be held on both 1 and 2 October.

Though Preston may probably not singing in front of strangers, it's still a good chance for him to try. The main purpose that I would like Cheuk Yiu to join is to help building up her self-confidence.

I haven't changed Kindergarten for Cheuk Yiu. She attended pre-nursery class in this kinder when she was 2. This year, promotes to K1 (already started on 9 Aug). As she continues in the same kinder, very smooth for K1 schoollife.

BTW, what is "LH" ar?
