I use pigeon bolltes and nipples with 'M' size nipple holes. It seems that my Gabriel is sucking a bit slowly when I feed him with formula but okay in feeding with breast milk. Shall I consider to change to 'L' size nipples? However, I am afraid he would choke when drinking with breast milk, which is a bit watery!
Have your babies changed to 'L' size nipples holes already?
