I live nearby , I know the mgt fee is now $3/ft, there are minibus go to choi hung mtr station , around 3-5 mins / bus

I vistited there last week as my hubby want to move there. It looks nice and quiet but the mgt fee is quite expensive.

Which I am not sure . But I quite like it facing south can overlook the sea and park . However on the other side it is too near the tree and dark the whole day .
