Then, where & how much can I get it? Also how does it look like?

It happen on my Avent pump before, I need to open up the bottle at least 3 times in each pumping time. But it never happen again after I purchase the plastic 漏斗 to replace of the 星星. So for the hygiene purpose, I suggest to use 漏斗.
